Please enter recovery mode on your device and switch it to Mi Assistant mode.

Connect your device to your Windows 10 or Windows 11 computer using a reliable USB cable.

Download and open the AnyDesk program from the button below so the authorized technician can connect to your device (no installation required). A unique ID will be displayed on the AnyDesk screen; please copy this ID.

Paste your payment receipt/slip and AnyDesk ID as text to the authorized technician via the WhatsApp button below. Please do not send the AnyDesk ID as an image.

Note: If you do not send the receipt, your request will not be processed.

After sending the receipt and AnyDesk ID, please wait and be patient. The authorized assistant will connect to your computer and remove the Google Factory Reset Protection (FRP) from your device within a few seconds.
