Some devices have duplicate product codes; for example, beryl and citrine are the same device. However, when you check the critical file or retrieve info via ADB, beryl appears, but when you check with fastboot, citrine appears. The product code displayed in fastboot is the correct one. If you enter the beryl code found via ADB, the device will encounter an NV corrupt error.

Therefore, for devices with duplicate product codes, first restore to factory settings and check the product code using fastboot. For example, lake-pond, beryl-citrine, moon-tides, etc.
